COVID-19: Service Procedure and Policy
As we reopen, we've updated our service procedure and policy to comply with California and local government guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by keeping our studio sanitized and safe for the protection of our staff and most importantly you, our client. Effective immediately:

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone sick, please do not come to your appointment. Contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment.

Come solo. Absolutely no guests will be allowed inside the studio during your appointment.

Please stay in your car and text or call us when you've arrived. We’ll let you know when to come in for your appointment.

You will be pre-screened with a temperature check prior to entering the studio and will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire. If you are diagnosed with a fever from the temperature check, your appointment will be rescheduled at a later date.

You will be required to wear a face mask inside the studio while being serviced. If you do not have a face mask, a one time disposable face mask will be provided to you at no additional cost.

You will be asked to sanitize or wash your hands prior to entering the studio. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the studio upon request.

Please limit your personal belongings to phone, keys, and wallet. We will no longer be providing blankets, so please dress comfortably and warm.

Please be on time. As more time is required to prepare and sanitize our studio between appointments to keep everyone safe, your punctuality will keep everyone's appointments on time. Your appointment will be considered a no-show if you are 15 minutes late without contacting us prior to your appointment time and your deposit will be forfeited.
